WHOLESALE APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in our Wholesale Purchase Program. To become a Wholesaler of FloraDec Sales you will need to download and complete our Wholesale Application.

You may submit your application along with a copy of your G.E. License in person at our Retail store in Honolulu, HI or you may mail it to us.

Upon acceptance into our Wholesale Purchase Program, you will be allowed to purchase our products at Wholesale when shopping our store.
