Defective items may be even exchanged within 15 days of purchase with a receipt and photo identification.
Most items that are shipped may be returned for a credit, even exchange, or full refund within 15 days of the shipping date. Items must be in new, resalable condition with original wrapping in tact. Defective merchandise must contain all pieces shipped.
Only the cost of merchandise will be refunded. Cost of shipping is the customer's responsibility unless there was an error in shipping by Flora-Dec Sales or defective merchandise was sent.
For purchases made by check:
- Under $25: A full refund will be issued 10 working days after the purchase date.
- $25 and over: A refund check will be mailed within 10 working days of the return.
- There is a $15 service fee for all returned checks.
All returns must be done at our Honolulu retail location.
