Return Policy

All sales are final on food, seasonal, clearance, and red tag items.

Most products purchased in our store may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase accompanied by a receipt. A Photo ID is required. Items must be in new, resalable condition with all wrapping in tact. Please note that red tag items are not always labeled with a red colored tag - most red tag items contain the words "RED TAG" on their pricing labels.

Defective items may be even exchanged within 15 days of purchase with a receipt and photo identification.

Most items that are shipped may be returned for a credit, even exchange, or full refund within 15 days of the shipping date. Items must be in new, resalable condition with original wrapping in tact. Defective merchandise must contain all pieces shipped.


Only the cost of merchandise will be refunded. Cost of shipping is the customer's responsibility unless there was an error in shipping by Flora-Dec Sales or defective merchandise was sent.

For purchases made by check:

  • Under $25: A full refund will be issued 10 working days after the purchase date.
  • $25 and over: A refund check will be mailed within 10 working days of the return.
  • There is a $15 service fee for all returned checks.
  • All returns must be done at our Honolulu retail location.
